dc.description.abstractEl Comité Cultural de Zapamanga (COCUZA), evidencia deficiencias en la organización documental que comprende la aplicación de las leyes, normas y decretos dispuestos por el gobierno nacional mediante el Archivo General de la Nación, diseñados para garantizar el funcionamiento de los diferentes procesos que implica la gestión documental y la adecuada organización de los documentos en cada una de las fases de su ciclo vital siendo el Archivo Central, Archivo de Gestión y Archivo Histórico. Ante este panorama, con la ausencia de todo lo planteado anteriormente, surge la necesidad de intervenir el fondo acumulado que yace en el Comité Cultural de Zapamanga.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Zapamanga Cultural Committee (COCUZA) demonstrates deficiencies in its documentary organization, including the application of the laws, regulations, and decrees issued by the national government through the National Archives. These deficiencies are designed to guarantee the functioning of the various processes involved in document management and the proper organization of documents in each phase of their life cycle, including the Central Archive, the Management Archive, and the Historical Archive. Given this situation, and the absence of all the aforementioned, the need arises to intervene in the accumulated fund held by the Zapamanga Cultural Committ.
