dc.description.abstractFerretería Sánchez D SAS es una empresa Bumanguesa dedicada a la fabricación, asesoría y comercialización de piezas para carrocerías, remolques y semirremolques, venta al por mayor y detal de ferretería. Este proyecto de grado tiene por propósito el diseño e implementación de un plan de mejoramiento de los procesos productivo y logístico, esto con el objetivo de lograr un mejor funcionamiento de la empresa, y así mismo lograr mejoras en aspectos que resultan de vital importancia para el posicionamiento de la empresa la cual se encuentra inmersa y se ve enfrentada a un mercado que es cada vez más cambiante y exigente. Para la realización del proyecto se tomó como punto de partida la ejecución de un diagnóstico de los sistemas productivo y logístico de la Ferretería Sánchez D SAS, esto mediante entrevistas, listas de chequeo, información brindada por la empresa, información recolectada a través de muestreo y observación, el análisis de la información recolectada se llevó a cabo mediante distintas herramientas propias de la Ingeniería Industrial. A partir de los resultados de este diagnóstico se procede a realizar un plan de mejoramiento acorde de las necesidades y problemáticas identificadas, posteriormente fueron presentadas las propuestas a la gerencia de la empresa y se procedió a la implementación de las mejoras aprobadas, por último, se diseñó un conjunto de indicador que permitieron evidenciar el impacto generado por las propuestas de mejora implementadas.
dc.description.abstractenglishFerretería Sánchez D SAS is a Bumanguesa company dedicated to the manufacture, advice and marketing of parts for bodies, trailers and semi-trailers, wholesale and hardware retail. This degree project aims to design and implement a plan to improve production and logistics processes, this with the aim of achieving a better functioning of the company, and also achieve improvements in aspects that are of vital importance for the positioning of the company which is immersed and is faced with a market that is increasingly changing and demanding. For the realization of the project, the execution of a diagnosis of the productive and logistics systems of the Ferreteria Sanchez D SAS was taken as a starting point, this through interviews, checklists, information provided by the company, information collected through sampling and observation, the analysis of the information collected was carried out through different tools of Industrial Engineering. Based on the results of this diagnosis, an improvement plan is carried out according to the needs and problems identified, later the proposals were presented to the management of the company and the approved improvements were implemented, finally a set of indicators was designed that allowed to evidence the impact generated by the improvement proposals implemented.
