Los países andinos hoy están viviendo procesos de revitalización de sus raíces culturales, la educación intercultural se manifiesta en cualquiera de las zonas y rincones del continente. La educación en lo endógeno (pedagogías y contenidos) como en lo exógeno (sentido y objetivos) debe abrirse a nuevas perspectivas, por ello la educación intercultural en general y la de tipo superior en lo específico es una vía de entendimiento de la posibilidad descolonizadora de los saberes no tradicionales. La educación intercultural como forma de descolonización de los saberes se convierte en suceso transformador de la subjetividad humana, con ello de la dimensión social, se devela y describe el encuentro en la configuración del tiempo, pasado por quiénes eran cuando se incorporaron los sujetos, presente por la experiencia y futuro por la prospectiva de la vida después del modelo recibido.
The Andean countries today are living processes of revitalization of their cultural roots, intercultural education is manifested in any of the areas and corners of the continent. Education in the endogenous (pedagogy and content) and the exogenous (meaning and objectives) should be open to new perspectives, why intercultural education in general and higher type in specific is a way of understanding of the decolonizing possibility non-traditional knowledge. Intercultural education as a form of decolonization of knowledge becomes transformative event of human subjectivity, thus the social dimension, it reveals and describes the encounter in shaping the time spent by who they were when subjects were incorporated, present by experience and future prospective of life after model received.
