En el presente escrito compartiremos parte de la experiencia y algunas líneas de análisis surgidas de procesos de sistematización del Proyecto de teatro comunitario[1], que vivenciamos semanalmente como Equipo de Educación Popular de la UNPA UARG con vecinxs del Barrio San Benito (Río Gallegos, Santa Cruz, Argentina) durante el 2018 y 2019 en el comedor “Red de Mujeres Solidarias” ubicado en calle 38 y 19 de dicho barrio. Partimos de la premisa que el arte es un derecho de todx ciudadanx y el teatro comunitario en particular propone a la comunidad repensarnos como sujetxs colectivxs. Socializaremos en este artículo una praxis concreta sentipensada desde la EP y la IAP.

In the present document we will be sharing part of the experience and main lines of analysis that came out of participatory systematization processes of Community Theater Project that we experienced weekly as a Popular Education Team of UNPA UARG with local residents of San Benito’s neighborhood during 2018 and 2019, in a dining room that the “Group of Solidarity Women” run every day, located in streets 38 and 19 at the same neighborhood. Beginning from the premise that art is a right of every citizen and Community Theater in particular offers the community to possibility rethink ourselves as collective subjects.
