dc.description.abstract	En el presente documento se exponen las actividades desarrolladas en la Electrificadora de Santander S.A E.S.P, durante el período de práctica empresarial como auxiliar de ingeniería civil en su equipo de trabajo de Expansión y Reposición de la Subgerencia de Subestaciones y Líneas. El objetivo principal de esta práctica consistió en apoyar labores de modelado 3D, presupuesto y supervisión de obras civiles contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los requerimientos técnicos de la Subgerencia de Subestaciones y Líneas de ESSA. El trabajo relacionado con actividades de modelado 3D y presupuesto incluyó el modelado 3D en el software Revit de las subestaciones Landázuri y San Vicente y la elaboración de presupuestos donde se realizó el análisis correspondiente del precio unitario, teniendo en cuenta cantidades de obra, rendimientos reales, materiales, mano de obra, equipos y costos indirectos. Además, se brindó apoyo en la supervisión de la ejecución de proyectos mediante la recopilación y análisis de información para el desarrollo de actas y cortes de obra para las obras civiles de subestaciones del área metropolitana de Bucaramanga y la elaboración de anexos técnicos como documentos precontractuales en los que se describen detalles referentes a características y especificaciones de las actividades de obra civil, siendo fundamental en las futuras intervenciones y en las condiciones de un nuevo contrato.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document describes the activities developed in Electrificadora de Santander S.A. E.S.P., during the internship period as a civil engineering assistant in the Expansion and Replacement work team of the Substations and Lines Submanagement. The main objective of this internship was to support 3D modeling, budgeting and supervision of civil works contributing to the fulfillment of the technical requirements of the Substations and Lines Submanagement of ESSA. The work related to 3D modeling and budgeting activities included the 3D modeling in Revit software of the Landázuri and San Vicente substations and the preparation of budgets where the corresponding analysis of the unit price was performed, taking into account quantities of work, actual yields, materials, labor, equipment and indirect costs. In addition, support was provided in the supervision of the execution of projects through the collection and analysis of information for the development of minutes and work cuts for the civil works of substations in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga and the preparation of technical annexes as pre-contractual documents describing details regarding characteristics and specifications of the civil work activities, being fundamental in future interventions and in the conditions of a new contract.
