dc.description.abstract	Título: Auxiliar de Ingeniería Civil para la Elaboración de Estrategias en Gestión Integral para el Proyecto de viviendas en Obras Públicas de la Secretaría de Planeación del Municipio de Santa Sofía (Boyacá)* Autor: Yineth Daniela Páez Mendieta1 ** Palabras Clave: Viviendas, Santa Sofia, secretaria de Planeación, NSR-10, análisis de precios unitarios. Descripción: en el presente trabajo de grado se presenta de manera detallada las actividades desarrolladas durante la práctica empresarial llevada a cabo en la Secretaría de Planeación en el municipio de Santa Sofía, Boyacá, como auxiliar de ingeniería civil. La práctica tuvo como eje principal la participación en la planificación de proyectos de vivienda unifamiliar y bifamiliar, orientado el cumplimiento de la normativa sismo resistente de 2010 (NSR-10), y la regulación urbanística vigente. Dentro de las funciones se realizó la revisión técnica estructural de licencias de construcción, análisis de precios unitarios (APU) para proyectos de obras públicas, certificados de estratificación y, revisión de documentación técnica en conformidad al decreto 1077 de 2015 y el Esquema de Ordenamiento Territorial (EOT). Además, se brindó acompañamiento a la Secretaría de Gobierno con funciones de inspección y Secretaría de Planeación y obras públicas en cumplimiento de la función de vigilancia y control de obras de construcción. Durante el desarrollo de la práctica, se implementó de forma efectiva los conocimientos técnicos (Norma sismo resistente 2010, el desarrollo de construcción, el valor costo-beneficio), y prácticos (Excel, Software y criterio propio) adquiridos en la formación universitaria. Además, los resultados obtenidos evidencian el impacto positivo de la participación como practicantes dentro de la entidad pública. Esta vinculación no solo aporta al desarrollo de las funciones dadas por la entidad, sino que contiene una contribución significativa al fortalecimiento de conocimiento, de infraestructura municipal, su desarrollo y la promoción de ideas nuevas.

Description: This thesis presents in detail the activities carried out during the business practice carried out in the planning secretariat in the municipality of Santa Sofía as a civil engineering assistant. The internship focused primarily on participating in the planning of single-family and two-family housing projects, ensuring compliance with the 2010 seismic-resistant building code (NSR-10) and current urban planning regulations. Responsibilities included conducting structural technical reviews of building permits, analyzing unit prices (UPP) for public works projects, preparing stratification certificates, and reviewing technical documentation in accordance with Decree 1077 of 2015 and the Territorial Planning Scheme (EOT). Additionally, support was provided to the Secretary of Government's inspection department and the Secretary of Planning and Public Works in fulfilling their oversight and control functions for construction projects. During the internship, the technical knowledge (2010 Earthquake-Resistant Standard, construction development, cost-benefit analysis) and practical skills (Excel, software, and personal judgment) acquired during university studies were effectively implemented. Furthermore, the results obtained demonstrate the positive impact of participating as interns within the public entity. This experience not only contributes to the fulfillment of the entity's assigned functions but also makes a significant contribution to strengthening knowledge of municipal infrastructure, its development, and the promotion of new ideas
