Inicialmente se prestarán tres servicios por ser los que menos competencia tienen en el municipio; ellos son: Alineación de dirección, alineación de luces, y mantenimiento de aire acondicionado. Estos servicios serán prestados por técnicos certificados por el SENA. Se sabe que hay empresas competidoras en el mercado objetivo, pero ninguna de ellas integra los tres servicios, ni tiene sala VIP para los clientes, ni facilita el pago por datáfono. La demanda anual se estimó en 8.306 servicios distribuidos entre los tres de este proyecto. Para la operación del proyecto se requieren cuatro personas empleadas directamente y uno por prestación de servicios. Solo el servicio de mantenimiento de aire acondicionado requiere insumos que se pueden comprar en el país. La empresa será constituida como una sociedad por acciones simplificada, con un organigrama integrado por cinco cargos. La inversión total se calculó en $121.494.085, incluyendo el capital de trabajo para un mes de operación; el 83.54% de estos recursos serán aportados por diez inversionistas y el resto por un crédito bancario de $20.000.000. Entre los indicadores está la TIR con 37.60%, el VPN positivo de $90.972.531, un punto de equilibrio del 74.62% de la capacidad utilizada en el primer año. Las razones financieras halladas son favorables y el periodo de recuperación se da en el tercer año del horizonte del proyecto.
