Inicialmente se presenta el diagnóstico del sector industrial del dulce en la ciudad de Bucaramanga y las expectativas del sector a nivel nacional estadísticamente se demostró que las pequeñas fábricas de dulces artesanales cubren el 80% del mercado pero ninguna está restringida ante las autoridades competentes. A continuación se realiza un estudio descriptivo y exploratorio se recure a fuentes primarias, una encuesta y fuentes secundarias como publicaciones, estudios y registros de la Cámara de Comercio, tesis y proyectos universitarios de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Los resultados obtenidos en la investigación de mercado, dan como resultado la viabilidad de lanzar la nueva marca, ya que los estudios técnicos y financieros son suficientes para iniciar las actividades de producción de manera inmediata.
