Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0)2022-03-142022-03-14https://noesis.uis.edu.co/handle/20.500.14071/6094RESUMENEl  artículo  hace  referencia  a  la  investigación  “Estudio  etnográfco  sobre el  aprendizaje  y  la  enseñanza  de  algunos  de  los Etudes  de Chopin”,  donde participaron profesores de piano y estudiantes de Bucaramanga, Colombia. El enfoque de investigación fue cualitativo con diseño etnográfco; se aplicaron como técnicas la historia de vida, la entrevista en profundidad y la observación participante. Los hallazgos muestran unas prácticas pedagógicas que oscilan entre la técnica y la improvisación; se hace una refexión pedagógica sobre las condiciones personales del estudiante de piano, y las generalidades y posibles difcultades técnicas e interpretativas de las obras. Asimismo, se identifcan las concepciones, actitudes, motivaciones y expectativas de los participantes, y se sugieren algunos aspectos metodológicos susceptibles de tener en cuenta por parte de docentes e instituciones de música.Palabras  clave: Educación  musical,  Etudes  de  Chopin,  concepciones, actitudes, motivaciones, expectativas, prácticas pedagógicas. AN  ETHNOGRAPHIC  STUDY  ON  LEARNING  AND TEACHING  SOME  OF  CHOPIN’S  ETUDES  IN  THE CONTEXT OF BUCARAMANGA  ABSTRACTThis  article  refers  to  the  research  “Ethnographic  study  on  learning  and teaching of some of Chopin’s Etudes”, in which piano professors and students participated  from  Bucaramanga,  Colombia.    The  research  approach  was qualitative  with  an  ethnographic  design;  techniques  such  as  life  story,  in-depth  interviews,  and  participant  observation  were  applied.    The  fndings show  pedagogical  practices  ranging  between  technique  and  improvisation.  A pedagogical  refection  is  included on  the personal conditions of  the piano student, and  the general and possible  technical and  interpretative diffculties of  the  musical  pieces.    Likewise,  the  conceptions,  attitudes,  motivations, and expectations of  the participants are  identifed, and some methodological aspects are suggested, which music teachers and institutions should take into account.Key words: Musical  education,  Chopin’s  Etudes,  conceptions,  attitudes, motivations, expectations, pedagogical practices.application/pdfinfo:eu-repo/semantics/articlehttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAtribución-NoComercial-SinDerivadas 4.0 Internacional (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)
