En el desarrollo de esta investigación se buscó ampliar y aplicar los conocimientos Jurídicos, respecto a la protección, defensa, exigibilidad de los Derechos Humanos y el Derecho Internacional Humanitario, de igual manera conocer y aplicar rutas jurídicas con que cuentan las víctimas del conflicto armado colombiano en el ordenamiento Jurídico Colombiano para el resarcimiento de los daños y perjuicios que se han visto obligadas a sufrir, así como la defensa de sus derechos. También se buscó generar capacidades, no solo jurídicas, sino políticas y de educación popular, que se vieran reflejadas en cada acción que adelante la CCALCP en favor de víctimas de graves violaciones de derechos humanos en el marco del conflicto armado interno en Colombia.
