The feminist position of Iris Marion Young, next to some developments of Zigmunt Bauman and Emmanuel Levinas highlighted the difficulty of accepting a notion of justice without questioning the relevance of the recognition of the difference or the otherness. The paper, instead of presenting lottering a proposal for this problem, shows the itinerary of the question that inspires the reflection from these concepts.El presente artículo problematiza algunos de los conceptos centrales de la noción de justicia como imparcialidad de John Rawls; desde la perspectiva de una filosofía de la diferencia. La postura feminista de Iris Marion Young, junto con algunos desarrollos de Zigmunt Bauman y Emmanuel Levinas ponen de relieve la dificultad de aceptar una noción de justicia sin antes cuestionar la relevancia del reconocimiento de la diferencia o la alteridad.
