Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0)Velasco Sossa, Fabio AdolfoBonilla Gomez, Nancy NayibeAguilar Mendez, Sindy Mayerly2024-03-0320162024-03-0320162016https://noesis.uis.edu.co/handle/20.500.14071/33778Este estudio tiene como finalidad determinar la factibilidad de crear una empresa prestadora de servicios domésticos temporales, en el municipio de San Gil, que beneficie el desarrollo personal y profesional de sus autores y que ofrezca a todos sus clientes un servicio de alta calidad, con personal capacitado y confiable, que sea una fuente generadora de empleo y contribuya al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de la comunidad. Para este caso, existen dos mercados objetivos: el primero son los hogares de los estratos 3 y 4 del municipio de San Gil y el segundo son las mujeres que actualmente prestan estos servicios de manera informal y que están ubicadas en los estratos 1 y 2 del municipio. Para conocer el mercado se realiza una encuesta a cada una de las poblaciones objeto de estudio obteniendo como resultado, información que junto con otras herramientas sirven de base para la elaboración de los demás estudios necesarios para determinar la puesta en marcha de esta idea. Existe un mercado viable para el funcionamiento y desarrollo de la empresa, por una parte el 72 % del personal que presta los servicios actualmente y que fueron encuestados, están dispuestos a pertenecer a la nueva empresa y por otra parte el 83 % de los hogares sangileños, también encuestados, están interesados en contratar los servicios ofrecidos.
