The aim of this paper was to develop a proposal for the implementation of the policy of patient safety in the physiotherapy service in the IPS Biossanar Socorro Santanderestablished in the compulsory system of quality in healthin order to strengthen the culture of patient safety and reduce the incidence of adverse events. This work was developed in the following phases: a) document review; b) application of eligibility tools; c) preparation of the situational analysis of the company and d) improvement proposals.
