Es así, que el baño y la cocina, son los ambientes de la casa en los que ocurren la mayor cantidad de eventualidades domésticas, por lo cual se debe tanto preparar como armonizar los espacios con diseños funcionales, coloridos, decorativos y de alta costura, donde hasta los más mínimos detalles sean tenidos en cuenta. De toda esta tendencia surge el objetivo del proyecto, el cual es la realización de un estudio de factibilidad para fabricar accesorios de lencería para cocina y baño en Barrancabermeja Santander. Trabajo en el que se desarrollan el estudio de mercados, que muestra la demanda interesada en comprar el producto, el estudio técnico donde se analiza la capacidad de implementos a fabricar con lo que implica una infraestructura técnica y de recurso humano estimando los recursos necesarios para su producción y comercialización, previendo el inicio de la con 1.010 kits de cocina y 622 kits de baño que equivalen al 89% de la capacidad instalada, para lo cual dese del punto de vita administrativo y legal se propone la conformación de la empresa como una Sociedad de Acciones Simplificada S.A.S..
