En el proceso de caracterización se usan herramientas estadísticas y probabilísticas (diagrama de Pareto, consumo vs. Personas atendidas y metas, entre otras) para identificar de manera adecuada posibles soluciones y plantear recomendaciones para el ahorro significativo en las áreas de mayor demanda de energía de los edificios.
