So, this article will show the most important thesis of civil disobedience in Thoreau, Arendt and Rawls, to reread as dissent, ie, in both societal model based on the discussion of injustice.La desobediencia civil encuentra su piedra angular, al menos como concepto, en la figura de Henry David Thoreau. Esta visión clásica se ve discutida tanto en Hannah Arendt como en John Rawls, de tal manera que sus propios marcos conceptuales tendrán (des)semejanzas y mejoras con respecto a la anterior.
