El desarrollo del proyecto constara de una base de integración normativa para establecer un diagnostico preliminar de la empresa en función de los requisitos de las NTC ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 y OHSAS 18001:2007; está base de integración diseñada nos brindara la información del estado actual y posteriormente generaremos un análisis y evaluación de la información entorno a la planificación, control, operación, seguimiento, medición y revisión de los procesos de la organización; de igual forma se diseñaran las herramientas que permitan planificar el Sistema Integrado de Gestión posibilitando la identificación de requisitos del cliente y la valoración del riesgo y de la inactividad del SIG.
