2024-06-102024-06-10https://noesis.uis.edu.co/handle/20.500.14071/42705This article proposes to underline some of the ways in which the Buenos Aires judicial system dealt with sex crimes (crímenes contra la honestidad). I propose explore some of the ideas that seem to influence the judicial and forensic ways to act during this period. I’ll make particular emphasis in the different way victims are treated according to the fact they are perceived as male or female (biologically speaking). Also I explore the manner in which they were slowly recognized –or not- as “acceptable victims”.El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal poner en relieve algunas de las maneras como la justicia bonaerense del siglo XIX lidió con los delitos sexuales (“delitos contra la honestidad” en la época).
