dc.description.abstract	El municipio de Barrancabermeja no tiene una empresa dedicada a la prestación del servicio de asesoría y operación logística en deportes de aventura, por lo que la demanda debe ser satisfecha por empresas foráneas, con su debido sobrecosto por transportes. En el presente proyecto se propone la creación de una empresa que supla esta necesidad en el mercado objetivo, brindando inicialmente dos servicios: Paquete y Escalada; el primero para práctica de deportes extremos durante un día completo en diferentes locaciones de la ciudad, y el segundo, para una hora en las instalaciones de la empresa. Los estudios realizados demuestran que hay una demanda insatisfecha de 191.040 servicios al año, lo que concede oportunidad al proyecto. En el estudio técnico se logró definir la capacidad instalada anual en 1.734 Paquetes y 35.640 Escaladas al año. La empresa se constituirá como una sociedad de responsabilidad limitada. El estudio financiero muestra una inversión necesaria de $228.442.576 que será aportada por los autores del proyecto, nuevos socios y un crédito bancario. En la evaluación del proyecto se demostró que los impactos ambientales son mínimos, que el impacto social es positivo porque genera 5 empleos directos nuevos, lo que ayuda al desarrolló de la región; el flujo neto de caja permite demostrar que la TIR es favorable (30,56%), y que el VPN es positivo (117.037.646); las razones de liquidez y rentabilidad son favorables, demostrando que el proyecto es rentable aún en un horizonte de 5 años.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The municipality of Barrancabermeja don’t have a company dedicated to the provisión of advisory services and logistics operation in adventure sports, so demand must be satisfied by foreign companies, appropriately for transport overhead. In this project we propose the creation of a company that will supply this need in the target market, initially offering two services: Package and climbing, the first for extreme sports for a full day at different locations of the city, and the second , for an hour at the premises of the company. Studies show that there is an unmet demand for services 191 040 a year, which gives an opportunity to the project. The technical study is able to define the annual installed capacity and 35,640 Packages Climbing 1,734 a year. The company will be incorporated as a limited responsibility company. The financial study shows a necessary investment of $ 228,442,576 to be provided by the authors of this project, new partners and a bank loan. The evaluation of the project showed that the environmental impacts are low, the social impact is positive because it creates five new direct jobs, which helps the development of the región, the net cash flow can prove that the IRR( Internal Return Range) is favorable (30 , 56%), and the (NETO PRESENT COST) is positive (117 037 646), the profitability and liquidity ratios are favorable, showing that the project is profitable even in a near future of five years.
