dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tiene como objetivo Formular el Plan de Ordenación y Manejo de La Microcuenca El Ramal, la cual es de gran importancia porque abastece a los acueductos del casco urbano y parte de las veredas Pajarito, Jagui, Palma, Juncal e llarguta en el municipio de Macaravita Santander. Para alcanzar este objetivo se realizaron las siguientes fases: Aprestamiento, Diagnóstico, Prospectiva y Formulación, las fases de Ejecución, Seguimiento y Evaluación se podrán desarrollar posteriormente teniendo en cuenta que en este proyecto solo se plantea la línea base. En la fase diagnóstica se analizó cada uno de los componentes que hacen parte del área de estudio como son Bióticos, Abióticos y Socioeconómicos, para determinar el estado de los componentes se aplicaron las siguientes metodologías: Características morfométricas mediante la base geográfica existente y su clasificación de campo, Composición de Flora y fauna mediante inventarios; hidrógrafa unitaria y balance hídrico a partir de datos de precipitación y caudal, Estabilidad estructural del suelo, Caracterización de las condiciones socioeconómicas de la población identificando los impactos ambientales a partir de las matrices Dofa y EPM, a través del análisis del suelo y las tecnologías actuales. Partiendo de los resultados de la fase de Diagnóstico se desarrollaron las fases del Análisis Prospectivo y la formulación del plan de ordenación y manejo de la microcuenca, incluyendo en este: objetivos, metas, programas, proyectos y estrategias que logren mitigar los impactos y mejorar las condiciones ambientales y socioeconómicas.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Objective of the present study is to formulate a Plan of Ordinance, as well as the management of the “Microcuenca El Ramal”, It is of great importance because, it supplies the aqueducts of that urban área, and parts of other villages such as: Pajarito, Jaqui, Palma, Juncal and that of thetuwns length Macaravita Santander. To achieve this objective, the following phases were applied: Preparement (s), Diagnostic (s), prospective(s) and Formulation(s), the phases of: execution, follow ups, and evaluation (s) can be completed prior but keeping in mind, that the project implements a base line. In the diagnostic phase, each of the components was analyzed, such that, are part of the study (ies) in effect biotic, a biotic and social economics, to determine the state of the components, the following methodologies were applied setting forth the characteristics of it is morfométricos along the base line of it is existent geographical fields and floral compositions by way of it’s hidroways inventories, In whole and part, Hydro Balance Rendered by factum data of precipitations as well as it is water volume, ground structure stability, social economics and characteristics of the town’s population the conditions identified the impact such as it’s ambient by way of it is matrix. “Dofa and EPM’, thru township interviews working from results, that stem from the diagnostic phase developments of analytical prospective as to formulation of the plans ordinance along it’s micro management, would include objectives, goals, programs and strategically projects. That will bring forth, the mitigation of impacts and provide better conditions, in social economics as well as ambient.
