dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto tiene como principal objetivo establecer la viabilidad de la creaciónde una empresa de confección de dotaciones para dama en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Elproyecto tiene como finalidad ofrecer el servicio de forma directa con los clientes, en unambiente empresarial ameno y lo más importante a un precio asequible, con prendas e insumos de calidad. Al inicio del proyecto se definen los aspectos más relevantes del sector, seguido de un estudio de mercados en donde se ilustran los resultados de hechos y datos encontrados en campo,los cuales se consolidaron mediante la aplicación de una encuesta realizada a la población objeto; en la parte técnica se presenta todo lo relacionado al tamaño del estudio y los recursos necesarios para poner en marcha esta idea; en el estudio administrativo y legal se encuentra la forma deconstitución de la empresa y su estructura organizacional; seguido de este estudio se visualiza el estudio financiero, en el cual se presentan las necesidades de inversión para el proyecto, por15 último se realiza la evaluación del proyecto en el cual se realiza la valoración de la viabilidad del proyecto. En conclusión, la creación de la empresa de confección de dotaciones para dama en la ciudad de Bucaramanga es factible, dado que satisface las necesidades que tienen actualmente lasmujeres trabajadoras en cuanto a la adquisición de dotaciones y los diferentes requerimientos desus organizaciones de origen
dc.description.abstractenglish	The main objective of this project is to establish the viability of creating an endowment manufacturing company in the city of bucaramanga. The purpose of the project is to offer the service directly to customers, in a pleasant business environment and, most importantly, at an affordable price, with quality garments and supplies. At the beginning of the project, the most relevant aspects of the sector are defined, followed by a market study where the results of facts and data found in the field are illustrated, which were consolidated by applying a survey conducted to the target population and another16 survey of the project's competition; in the technical part, everything related to the size of the project and the necessary resources to start the project are presented; in the administrative and legal study is the form of constitution of the company and its organizational structure; followed by the administrative and legal study is the financial study, in which the investment needs for theproject are presented, finally there is the evaluation of the project in which the evaluation of theproject's viability is carried out. In conclusion, the creation of the company for the manufacture of endowments for women in the city of bucaramanga is feasible, since it meets the needs that working womencurrently have in terms of the acquisition of endowments and the different requirements of their organizations of origin
