dc.description.abstractLa practica empresarial desarrollada en la empresa URBANAS S.A , para la obra casa Puyana en su etapa final, tiene como objetivo principal ejercer un control de la calidad, el cual es requisito durante todo proceso constructivo del proyecto; teniendo en cuenta lo anterior se desarrollaron funciones como Auxiliar de Calidad, las cuales hacen parte de los diferentes procedimientos establecidos por la constructora, y que integran el sistema de gestión de la calidad. La primera parte del informe contiene una descripción general de la empresa a modo de reseña histórica, incluidas la visión, misión, objetivos y política de calidad. En el capitulo posterior se describen las actividades ejecutadas durante la práctica empresarial, en el cumplimientos de los objetivos planteados inicialmente como auxiliar de calidad en obra. Para finalizar se presenta el Manual del Usuario para cada uno de los propietarios del proyecto, como aporte de la practica empresarial. En dicho manual se halla la información necesaria para que los habitantes puedan hacer un uso adecuado y se pueda lograr un optimo funcionamiento de los componentes del inmueble, facilitando el mantenimiento y garantizando una mayor vida útil con el confort y satisfacción esperados por sus habitante
dc.description.abstractenglishBusiness practice developed in the company URBANA S.A, for the work Puyana home in its final stage, the main aims of exercising control over the quality, which is required throughout the construction process of the project, taking into account the above functions were developed as Assistant quality, which are part of the various procedures established by the builder, and integrate the system of quality management. The first part of the report contains an overview of the company as a historical review, including the vision, mission, objectives and quality policy. In the following chapter describes the activities performed during business practice in meeting the objectives set out initially as an adjunct to quality work. Finally we present the User Manual for each project owners, as a contribution to business practice. This manual is the information necessary for residents to make appropriate use and can achieve optimal performance of the components of the building, to facilitate maintenance and ensure longer life and satisfaction with the comfort expected by its inhabitant
