dc.description.abstractEl plan de negocios desarrollado se realizó con el fin de determinar la factibilidad de producir y comercializar aceites esenciales a nivel país, cuya planta de producción piloto se encuentra localizada en el municipio de Barbosa, en el departamento de Santander. Se determinó que para obtener mayores ingresos deben existir terrenos de más de 24 hectáreas y poseer una planta de destilación con mayor capacidad del destilador, que supere 1 m3. Mediante los análisis del macro y micro entorno, se pudo visualizar la situación de la empresa, tanto interna como externa, donde se destacó el desconocimiento que se tiene del mercado y de la demanda de los productos, la capacidad financiera limitada de los productores que conforman el proyecto. A favor se encuentran las ayudas financieras gubernamentales y de entes privados que apoyan proyectos de emprendimiento, sin dejar atrás el crecimiento del sector. Se evaluaron dos situaciones financieras en tres escenarios: probable, optimista y pesimista; de donde se concluye que la situación financiera 1, que contempla la compra de maquinaria y equipo es la más viable dado que se obtuvo una TIR de 30,42% con un Valor Presente Neto (VPN) positivo de $2.600.727 y un Periodo de Recuperación de la Inversión (PRI) de 1,10, es decir, en un tiempo promedio a un año se recupera la inversión inicial.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe business plan was developed in order to determine the feasibility of producing and marketing essential oils at the country level, whose pilot production plant is located in the municipality of Barbosa, in the department of Santander. It was determined that in order to obtain higher revenues, there must be land of more than 24 hectares and a distillation plant with greater capacity of the distiller, which exceeds 1 m3. Through the analysis of the macro and micro environment, the situation of the company, both internal and external, could be visualized, highlighting the lack of knowledge about the market and the demand for the products, the limited financial capacity of the producers that make up the project. In favor are government financial aid and private entities that support entrepreneurship projects, without leaving behind the growth of the sector. Two financial situations were evaluated in three scenarios: probable, optimistic and pessimistic; From which it is concluded that the financial situation 1, which contemplates the purchase of machinery and equipment is the most viable given that a IRR of 30, 42% was obtained with a positive Net Present Value (NPV) of $ 2,600,727 and an Asset Invest Recovery (AIR) of 1.10, that is, in an average time one year the initial investment is recovered.
