dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo se origina con el objetivo de organizar y digitalizar el fondo acumulado de la Asociación de Familiares de Detenidos Desaparecidos (ASFADDES) seccional Santander (Bucaramanga), siguiendo el cumplimiento y aplicación de las normas archivísticas establecidas por el Archivo General de la Nación (AGN) a través del Manual de Organización de fondos acumulados divulgado por dicha institución, todo ello, sin olvidar el valor del presente fondo relacionado con los derechos humanos. Los archivos de derechos humanos adquirieron importancia después de la segunda guerra mundial con los documentos que surgieron de los juicios contra los nazis. Sin embargo, tomaron mayor relevancia en la década de los 90s por la disolución de las dictaduras de América Latina, Europa del Este y África, lo cual llevó a que la normatividad internacional se fortaleciera y se aplicara en los países que estaban en proceso de transición hacia la democracia. Asimismo, en el Acuerdo entre las FARCEP y el Estado colombiano, se implementaron las normas internacionales que cubren a los archivos de derechos humanos, lo que beneficia a las víctimas en la consecución de la verdad, justicia, reparación integral, prevención y protección2. La organización del fondo acumulado ASFADDES seccional Santander, que está bajo la custodia de AMOVI- UIS y que constituye uno de sus subfondos, inicia con la realización del diagnóstico, la construcción de la Historia Institucional y la Fase operativa (organización documental y procesos técnicos). Finalmente, la conservación de dicho fondo se buscará mediante la digitalización total, que busca la preservación documental mediante la utilización de otros soportes diferentes del papel. Dicha conservación se realiza por su importancia legal y de memoria para las víctimas, además, por la importancia administrativa y funcional que tienen los documentos para el funcionamiento de la Asociación.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work originates with the aim of organizing and digitizing the accumulated fund of the Association of Relatives of Disappeared Detainees (ASFADDES) Santander (Bucaramanga) section, following the compliance and application of the archival rules established by the General Archive of the Nation (AGN) through the Manual of Organization of accumulated funds disclosed by said institution, all this, without forgetting the value of this fund related to human rights. Human rights archives gained importance after World War II with documents that emerged from trials against the Nazis. However, they became more relevant in the 90s due to the dissolution of the dictatorships of Latin America, Eastern Europe and Africa, which led to international regulations being strengthened and applied in countries that were in the process of transition to democracy. Likewise, in the Agreement between the FARCEP and the Colombian State, international standards covering human rights archives were implemented, which benefits the victims in achieving truth, justice, comprehensive reparation, prevention, and protection3. The organization of the accumulated fund ASFADDES Santander section, which is under the custody of AMOVIUIS and which constitutes one of its subfunds, begins with the realization of the diagnosis, the construction of the Institutional History and the Operational Phase (documentary organization and technical processes). Finally, the conservation of this fund will be sought through total digitization, which seeks documentary preservation using other supports other than paper, such conservation is carried out for its legal importance and memory for the victims, in addition, the administrative and functional importance that the documents have for the operation of the Association.
