dc.description.abstractLos modelos logísticos de carga son herramientas matemáticas de modelación, planificación y gestión que permiten evaluar los impactos de los proyectos de infraestructura sobre el transporte terrestre de carga. Este proyecto de investigación realizó una serie de tareas que permitieron establecer los lineamientos conceptuales para el desarrollo de un modelo logístico de transporte de carga terrestre por carretera para el departamento de Santander. Inicialmente se trazó el año 2015 como punto de partida y se realizó una caracterización de la demanda, infraestructura vial, amenazas por eventos naturales, acontecimientos antrópicos, y entre otras características que constituyen los datos de entrada necesarios para el desarrollo del modelo logístico de transporte; información que se presenta en mapas geográficos realizados con ayuda del software QGIS. Adicionalmente, la información extraída de fuentes oficiales como la RNDC, grupos de investigación, entidades como el INVIAS, la ANI, entre otros; alimentan el modelo inicial y permiten determinar los lineamientos conceptuales aplicables al departamento de Santander, como son tiempos, costos, tipo de carga, cantidad de viajes, puntos de control, topografía y demás; finalmente se emplea el método de costo generalizado del transporte aplicado a la asignación de tránsito en redes regionales de carretera como análisis matemático.
dc.description.abstractenglishFreight logistics models are mathematical tools for modeling, planning and management that allow evaluating the impacts of infrastructure projects on land freight transportation. This research project made a series of tasks to establish the conceptual guidelines for the development of a logistic model of road freight transportation for the department of Santander. Initially, the year 2015 was traced as a starting point and a characterization of the demand, road infrastructure, threats due to natural events, anthropic events, and among other characteristics that constitute the input data necessary for the development of the logistic model of transportation was carried out; information that is presented in geographic maps made with the help of QGIS software. Additionally, the information extracted from official sources such as the RNDC, research groups, entities such as INVIAS, ANI, among others; feed the initial model and allow determining the conceptual guidelines applicable to the department of Santander, such as times, costs, type of cargo, number of trips, control points, topography and others; finally, the generalized transportation cost method applied to the allocation of traffic in regional road networks is used as mathematical analysis.
