dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación analizó algunas decisiones de los jueces de garantías del circuito judicial de Bucaramanga para los años 2018 y 2019, estableciendo el uso de reglas y subreglas relativas al tema de prueba. El estudio permitió concluir que, pese a la limitación del derecho fundamental de la libertad de al menos veinte ciudadanos, dichas detenciones preventivas están en perfecta armonía con los principios constitucionales, legales y los derechos humanos, por la valoración probatoria realizada por las autoridades judiciales a la luz de los marcos probatorios nacionales e internacionales.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This research analyzed some decisions of the judges of guarantees of the judicial circuit of Bucaramanga for the years 2018 and 2019, establishing the use of rules and subrules related to the issue of evidence. The study concluded that, despite the limitation of the fundamental right to liberty of at least twenty citizens, such preventive detentions are in perfect harmony with constitutional and legal principles and human rights, due to the evidentiary assessment carried out by the judicial authorities to the light of national and international evidentiary frameworks.
