dc.description.abstractLa investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar los procesos evaluativos llevados a cabo para la Atención Integral de Niños y Niñas acercándose la experiencia de la Unidad de Servicio del Hogar Infantil “La Alegría de Vivir” del Centro Zonal Antonia Santos del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, Regional Santander. Esto se logró mediante la aplicación del modelo CIPP, que permite evaluar el contexto (el origen, la finalidad, el objeto, los criterios), los insumos (los instrumentos de recolección de información), el proceso (la metodología, la ubicación temporal y espacial, los responsables del análisis de la información) y los productos (los destinatarios, las consecuencias de los resultados, las decisiones tomadas y la intervención del ICBF) de la modalidad de atención. Se usaron como técnicas la entrevista semiestructurada, la observación no participante y el análisis documental. Como principal conclusión se obtuvo que, en la evaluación de contexto, como finalidad se identificaron en mayor proporción, aspectos relacionados con el cumplimiento de los lineamientos y las directrices del ICBF, pero no de asuntos relacionados con el componente de enseñanza y aprendizaje dentro del aula. En la evaluación de insumos se contemplan los instrumentos de recolección de información que registran información administrativa y de procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje en el aula, cada instrumento identificado corresponde con las funciones de cada personada indagada toda vez que el área psicosocial reconoció el EVCDI, la ficha de caracterización, formatos de desempeño y calidad del servicio, y el área pedagógica identificó en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje instrumentos como la observación directa, la bitácora y el cuaderno viajero. Asimismo, cabe destacar que la elaboración del informe de evaluación presenta una buena representación de la comunidad educativa en cuanto a la recolección de datos, sin embargo, el componente administrativo tiene mayor protagonismo, quedando lo pedagógico en un segundo plano, específicamente lo relacionado los procesos de aprendizaje que se dan al interior de las aulas, por esta razón el trabajo de grado, aplicó la observación no participante como estrategia de recolección de información, pues los instrumentos formales escogidos para la evaluación, no revelaban datos concretos de este aspecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of the research was to analyze the evaluation processes carried out for the Comprehensive Care of Boys and Girls, approaching the experience of the Service Unit of the Children's Home "La Alegría de Vivir" of the Antonia Santos Zonal Center of the Colombian Institute of Family Well-being, Regional Santander. This was achieved through the application of the CIPP model, which allows to evaluate the context (the origin, the purpose, the object, the criteria), the inputs (the information collection instruments), the process (the methodology, the temporary location and spatial, those responsible for the analysis of the information) and the products (the recipients, the consequences of the results, the decisions made and the intervention of the ICBF) of the care modality. Semi-structured interview, non-participant observation and documentary analysis were used as techniques. The main conclusion was that, in the context evaluation, as a purpose, aspects related to compliance with the ICBF guidelines and directives were identified in a greater proportion, but not matters related to the teaching and learning component in the classroom. In the evaluation of inputs, the information collection instruments that record administrative information and teaching and learning processes in the classroom are contemplated. Each identified instrument corresponds to the functions of each person investigated since the psychosocial area recognized the EVCDI, the characterization sheet, performance formats and service quality, and the pedagogical area identified instruments such as direct observation, the logbook and the traveler's notebook in the teaching and learning processes. Likewise, it should be noted that the preparation of the evaluation report presents a good representation of the educational community in terms of data collection, however, the administrative component has a greater role, leaving the pedagogical in the background, specifically what is related to the processes of learning that take place inside the classrooms, for this reason the degree work applied non-participant observation as a strategy for collecting information, since the formal instruments chosen for the evaluation did not reveal specific data on this aspect.
