dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de grado se proyecta como el resultado de la Práctica Jurídico Social desarrollada en la Oficina de Control Interno Disciplinario de la Contraloría General de Santander, cuyo objetivo principal fue apoyar la sustanciación en sede de instrucción, mediante el uso de una base compilatoria de extractos jurisprudenciales y doctrinales acorde a la categoría jurídica típica de mayor recurrencia, que pueden ser utilizados como citas textuales o parafraseadas en la proyección de pliegos de cargos o autos de archivo definitivo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis degree work is projected as the result of the Social Legal Practice developed in the Office of Internal Disciplinary Control of the Comptroller General of Santander, whose main objective was to support the substantiation in the investigation headquarters, through the use of a compilation base of jurisprudential and doctrinal extracts according to the recurring typical legal category, which can be used as textual or paraphrased quotes in the projection of statements of objections or definitive archiving orders.
