dc.description.abstractEste proyecto de grado se realizó con el objetivo de diseñar y desarrollar un modelo de costos para la empresa Faprocol S.A.S, con el fin de identificar todos los costos en los que en realidad se incurren al momento de fabricar un producto, estos costos se analizaron por actividades y por los centros en los que se generan, el diseño implementado se basa en el sistema de costos ABC, en los procesos que lo ameriten. Para dar cumplimiento a este objetivo, se identificaron inicialmente, los procesos y los elementos del costos para la fabricación de los productos, luego se realizó un análisis a la empresa para establecer la información necesaria para la elaboración del sistema, esta información fue obtenida gracias a la auxiliar contable y al jefe de producción, una vez organizada la información se realizó un análisis de los factores generadores de costos como: materiales, mano de obra y todos los costos indirectos de fabricación, luego se establecieron las actividades más relevantes en la fabricación del producto y a su vez los centros generadores de costos, seguidamente se asignan los inductores de costos; ya establecida la información se distribuye los costos entre las actividades y centro de costos para obtener valores reales. Posteriormente se realiza la herramienta ofimática y se analizan los resultados haciendo un comparativo entre los costos que la empresa tomaba anteriormente y los reales que muestra el sistema de costos ABC diseñado. Con el diseño de esta estructura de costos la empresa Faprocol SAS, tendrá una base más sólida para la toma de decisiones. ______ *
dc.description.abstractenglishThis degree project was made with the objective of design and development a cost model for Faprocol company S.A.S., in order to identify all the costs that are actually incurred when a product is manufactured. These costs had been analyzed by activities and centers in which they have generated. The implemented design is based on ABC cost system, in the processes that deserve it. To comply this objective, the cost processes and elements to manufacture products were initially identified, then was made an analysis at the company to establish the necessary information to elaborate the system. This information was acquired thanks to the accounting assistant and production manager. Once the information was organized, it was made an analysis of factors that generate costs such as: materials, manpower and all indirect manufacturing costs. Subsequently, the most relevant activities were established at the product manufacture and the cost generating centers, then a cost inducer is assigned. Once the information is established, the costs are distribute among the activities and cost center to get real values. Afterwards, an office tool is implemented and results are analyzed comparing the previously company costs with the actual costs shown by the designed ABC cost system. With this cost structure design Faprocol company S.A.S. will have a more solid basis to make decisions. ______ *
