dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo postula un modelo integrado para presupuestar la perforación de un pozo exploratorio, teniendo en cuenta las diferentes etapas en la realización del proyecto e incluyendo todas las áreas que interactúan en este. Esto es, se busca modificar la lógica imperante en el diseño de presupuestos, donde cada área interviniente lo planifica y elabora de manera independiente. Esta metodología, genera dificultades para identificar sinergias o actividades duplicadas. Por lo tanto, por medio de la aplicación del modelo a un estudio de caso, se evaluó el grado de mejoramiento en la toma de decisiones, las actividades reales de las áreas de apoyo y el control presupuestal de las tres etapas principales en la perforación de un pozo exploratorio. Finalmente, se propone incluir un cuarto escenario en el plan presupuestal, así como integrar las actividades, incluso al momento de la ejecución. Esto último, como alternativa de identificación de posibles desvíos entre el plan y la ejecución de lo estipulado en el modelo de perforación de un poco exploratorio.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work postulates an integrated model to budget the drilling of an exploratory well, taking into account the different stages in the realization of the project and including all the areas that interact in this one. That is, it seeks to modify the prevailing logic in the design of budgets, where each intervening area plans and elaborates independently. This methodology generates difficulties in identifying duplicate synergies or activities. Therefore, through the application of the model to a case study, the degree of improvement in decision making, the actual activities of the support areas and the budgetary control of the three main stages in the drilling of an exploratory well. Finally, it is proposed to include a fourth scenario in the budget plan, as well as to integrate the activities, even at the time of execution. The latter, as an alternative to identify possible deviations between the plan and the execution of the stipulated in the drilling model a bit exploratory. This methodology generates difficulties in identifying duplicate synergies or activities
