dc.description.abstractLa presente pasantía de investigación realizada en el marco del proyecto del río Cimitarra desde un enfoque de género, el cual se encuentra a cargo del grupo de investigación GPAD adscrito a la Escuela de Trabajo Social de la Universidad. El ejercicio investigativo planteado tuvo como principal objetivo la realización de un balance bibliográfico que diera cuenta del estado en que se encuentran los estudios sobre los movimientos y las organizaciones obreras en el Magdalena Medio durante la línea temporal 1965-2020. Para realizarlo, se llevó a cabo una serie de etapas metodológicas basadas en la búsqueda de información, la lectura, la sistematización de la información a partir de la reseña crítica y el análisis, con las cuales fue posible identificar tendencias metodológicas, establecer perspectivas de análisis, construir categorías deductivas e identificar vacíos que existían dentro de la muestra bibliográfica seleccionada, todo ello en miras a contribuir y promover el desarrollo de posibles investigaciones a futuro, dado que los balances bibliográficos o estados de la cuestión buscan no solo revisar las líneas temáticas que se han realizado en una temporalidad determinada sobre un tema en específico en este caso los movimientos y las organizaciones obreras y sindicales-, sino también fomentar a través de la identificación de los vacíos, cuáles son esas líneas de investigación inexploradas o poco desarrolladas que necesitan elaborarse para ampliar y profundizar la comprensión del objeto estudiado.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present intership research carried out within the framework of the Project river valle wich is in charge of research GPAD group atacched to the school of Social Work at the University. The main objective of the research exercise was to carry out a literature review that point out to the state of the studies on working class people and trade unionist organizations in the Middle Magdalena during the 1965-2020 time line. To do it, a series of methodological stages were carried out based on the search for information, reading, systematization of the information from the critical review and analysis, with which it was possible to identify methodological trends, establish perspectives of analysis , build deductive categories and identify gaps that existed within the selected bibliographic sample, all in order to contribute and promote the development of possible future researches, given that the bibliographical balance or states of the issue not only seek to review the thematic lines that have been carried out in a specific temporality on a specific topic -in this case the working class people and the trade unionist organizations-, but also to promotes through the identification of the gaps, which are those unexplored or underdeveloped research lines that need to be elaborated for expand and deepen understanding of the studied object.
