dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de titulación expone la investigación realizada en la vereda Santa Rosa, del municipio de Barbosa, departamento de Santander, Colombia, a las variaciones de temperatura y pH del agua del sistema productivo de la granja piscícola Kalluun, el cual consiste en comparar dichas variaciones de temperatura y pH del agua de dos tanques de los cuales uno de ellos está cubierto con una estructura plástica (T1) y el otro esta descubierto al aire libre (T2), además de las variaciones de temperatura y pH del agua de los tanques T1 y T2, se observó el comportamiento de los ejemplares de tilapia roja (oreochromis sp) sembrados en estos tanques, midiendo el peso de estos ejemplares y determinando las diferencias de los dos tanques involucrados en el proyecto de investigación. Los resultados obtenidos tendrán una incidencia significativa en la región, ya que estos podrán ser utilizados como guía en la toma de decisiones de nuevos proyectos o de proyectos que ya estén en funcionamiento, en lo referente a la importancia de incrementar la temperatura del agua de los sistemas productivos dedicados a la explotación piscícola de tilapia roja (oreochromis sp). La participación de los sistemas productivos de tilapia roja en la producción piscícola del país es muy alta, por esta razón, este tipo de investigaciones son de gran importancia para fortalecer aún más este sector.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present titling work exposes the investigation carried out in the village of Santa Rosa, in the municipality of Barbosa, department of Santander, Colombia, to the variations in temperature and pH of the water of the production system of the Kalluun fish farm, which consists of comparing said variations in temperature and pH of the water in two tanks, one of which is covered with a plastic structure (T1) and the other is exposed to the open air (T2), in addition to the variations in temperature and pH of the water in the tanks T1 and T2, the behavior of the specimens of red tilapia (oreochromis sp) stocked in these tanks was observed, measuring the weight of these specimens and determining the differences between the two tanks involved in the research project. The results obtained will have a significant impact on the region, since they can be used as a guide in decision-making for new projects or projects that are already in operation, regarding the importance of increasing the water temperature of the productive systems dedicated to the fish farming of red tilapia (oreochromis sp). The participation of red tilapia production systems in the country's fish production is very high, for this reason, this type of research is of great importance to further strengthen this sector.
