| dc.description | This research addresses some aspects that frame gender inequalities in the fields, labour, social and economic, in addition to stereotypes, glass ceilings, as obstacles faced by the female head of household in Ecuador; because of these there is a lack of opportunities to which they are exposed; a brief analysis of certain articles of Ecuador's constitution will also be carried out, which penalize all kinds of social discrimination; that despite being part of the state's constitutional reforms, we can go so far as to infer that they have been left dead. Case studies clearly show us the feminization of poverty in this social group because of the above. | en-US |
| dc.description | La presente investigación aborda algunos aspectos que enmarcan las desigualdades de género en los campos laboral, social y económico, además de los estereotipos, los techos de cristal, como obstáculos que enfrenta la mujer jefa de hogar en Ecuador; a causa de estos se presenta la falta de oportunidades a las que se ven expuestas; también se realizará un breve análisis de determinados artículos de la Constitución ecuatoriana, mismos que sancionan toda clase de discriminación social; que pese a ser parte de las reformas constitucionales del Estado, podremos llegar a inferir que han quedado en letra muerta. Los estudios de caso nos muestran claramente la feminización de la pobreza en este grupo social a causa de lo citado anteriormente. | es-ES |
