| dc.description | Hasta octubre de 2021, la pandemia ha cobrado la vida de más de cuatro millones. En México, se acumulan casos confirmados de alrededor de un millón de víctimas. En este escenario, el Estado Mexicano ha escalado hacia un conflicto con las Instituciones de Educación Superior respecto al regreso a clases. Mientras que las políticas educativas giran en torno al desconfinamiento y el retorno a clases, aún y cuando los jóvenes no cuentan con el esquema básico de inmunización, las universidades públicas lideran la práctica del aula virtual. El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar y discutir las diferencias entre la administración pública de la educación y la autonomía de las universidades en cuanto al regreso al aula tradicional. Se realizó una revisión de la literatura considerando el vínculo entre políticas de mitigación y contención de la pandemia en relación con los protocolos de retorno a clases presenciales que siguen las universidades públicas. Destacan ejes, trayectorias y relaciones entre prevención de riesgos, autocuidado y corresponsabilidad. En relación con el estado del arte se discuten las asimetrías entre los actores políticos y educativos. | es-ES |
| dc.description | As of October 2021, the pandemic has claimed the lives of more than four million. In Mexico, confirmed cases of around a million victims accumulate. In this scenario, the Mexican State has escalated into a conflict with Higher Education Institutions regarding the return to classes. While educational policies revolve around lack of refinement and return to classes, even when young people do not have the basic immunization scheme, public universities lead the practice of the virtual classroom. The objective of this work is to analyze and discuss the differences between the public administration of education and the autonomy of the universities regarding the return to the traditional classroom. A literature review was carried out considering the link between policies to mitigate and contain the pandemic in relation to the protocols for returning to face-to-face classes followed by public universities. Axes, trajectories and relationships between risk prevention, self-care and co-responsibility stand out. In relation to the state of the art, the asymmetries between political and educational actors are discussed. | en-US |
