| dc.description | This paper considers the political dynamics in food studies. It emphasizes the contemporary history of food. It consists of an introduction and justification of what we have called the political perspective of the food fact; another review and comment on the becoming of the history of food, accentuating the cultural perspective; and finally, an approach to discourses around food that could influence the political provisions in the second half of the twentieth century, highlighting the contrasts between the concepts of food security and sovereignty. | en-US |

Se compone de una parte introductoria y justificativa de aquello que hemos denominado la perspectiva política del hecho alimentario; otra de reseña y comentarios sobre el devenir de la historia de la alimentación, colocando el acento en la perspectiva cultural; y por último, un acercamiento a los discursos que en torno a la alimentación pudieron influir en las disposiciones políticas de la segunda mitad del siglo XX, subrayando los contrastes entre los conceptos de seguridad y soberanía alimentarias. | es-ES |
