dc.description.abstract	Softservir busca establecer una serie de pautas que ayuden al usuario final a elegir con mayor precisión el sistema de enfriamiento que mejor se ajuste a sus necesidades. Con frecuencia, los errores de selección conducen al uso del método de prueba y error, lo que termina provocando sobrecostos y posibles reemplazos prematuros. Para evitar estas situaciones, se propone el desarrollo de un método de selección y de una herramienta práctica que facilite la identificación del equipo más conveniente, dando prioridad a la eficiencia energética y considerando aspectos como el presupuesto, la facilidad de mantenimiento, el tiempo de instalación y la confiabilidad del sistema. El objetivo central del proyecto es ofrecer una herramienta que oriente al usuario final en la elección adecuada entre las diferentes alternativas de aire acondicionado disponibles en el mercado.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Softservir aims to establish guidelines that help end users choose the cooling system that best aligns with their specific needs. In many cases, selection mistakes result in a trial-and-error approach, which often causes additional expenses and premature equipment replacement. To address this issue, the project proposes the development of a selection method and a practical tool that simplify the identification of the most suitable option, giving priority to energy efficiency and considering factors such as budget, maintenance requirements, installation time, and system reliability. The main goal is to provide a tool that guides end users in making an informed and appropriate choice among the various air conditioning solutions available in the market.
