| dc.description | This research is part of the critical analysis of the pedagogic life history of its author, her work in the educational field during 40 years as teacher of basic and secondary school and university professor. It starts with the pedagogic narrative as a thoughtful means of collection and memory of her experiences; it shows the anchorage, twists and transitions within her pedagogical practice in the shift to an education based in the mechanistic paradigm to one reinterpreted in the emerging paradigm. Such analysis is oriented to the identification of the distinctive features of the pedagogical practice corresponding to each of the two paradigms used as reference. The set of narrations are organized progressively in three great moments of her life journey until the present: 1°- Beginning and schooling, 2°- Professional training and 3°- Advanced studies. Subsequently, the critical analysis enables the identification of the anchorage and, contrasting the moments from four categories (cardinal points) which are characteristic of every pedagogical practice: contents, relationship between the teacher and the student, methodology and evaluation, through a triangulation of the moments with each of the categories in analytical tables, and the discovery of the transitions emerging from the current moment of her educational work. Finally, the Closing and Opening remarks are presented, which conclude with new learning and a brief proposal of principles of education with sensitivity from an emerging perspective. | en-US |
| dc.description | Bioaprendiencia en la práctica pedagógica de una maestra es una investigación cualitativa con enfoque biográfico narrativo. Esta investigación se gestó desde hace varios años y se consolida en el año 2016. Su objetivo general es develar los anclajes, giros y transformaciones de la práctica pedagógica de una maestra a través del análisis de los relatos autobiográficos pedagógicos desde el bioaprendizaje identificando el paso de un paradigma mecanicista a un paradigma de la complejidad en su quehacer docente. Durante varios años escribe relatos sobre su trabajo como docente en los sectores privado y público motivada por la reflexión sobre experiencias que considera significativas y que dejan huellas en su práctica. En ellos aparecen la escuela, sus relaciones y sus actores principales los estudiantes. De los encuentros en variados espacios educativos siendo aprendiente en cada nivel educativo y luego como maestra ha obtenido aprendizajes conducentes a su formación personal en una profesión que exige estudio, disciplina, autoevaluación, interetroacciones permanentes y los cuales considera interesante compartir. Las diferentes teorías ligadas o tejidas de manera constante con las prácticas pedagógicas han conducido su trabajo y han posibilitado reconocer la presencia aún de estancamientos en una visión mecanicista y racional de su quehacer o la han llevado a iniciar algunos giros y/o a transformar y compartir desde la sistematización de experiencias, algunas prácticas exitosas con miras a responder a las necesidades y diversidad de las comunidades educativas hoy. | es-ES |
