| dc.description | Se estudian las causas de la creación del distrito Páez del Estado Zulia en el año 1896. Para su realización se utilizó el método de la investigación histórica. Se concluye que las dificultades para la administración pública impuestas por las distancias existentes entre la ciudad de Maracaibo y las poblaciones de Sinamaica y Paragoaipoa determinarán en la dirigencia política de éstas últimas la necesidad de asumir la administración política de los asuntos locales. En tal sentido su creación corresponderá con los imperativos de tales grupos locales, prevaleciendo las áreas microrregionales como principio del ordenamiento del territorio guajiro. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The causes of the creation of the Páez district of Zulia State in the year 1896 are studied. For its realization, the method of historical investigation was used. It is concluded that the difficulties for the public administration imposed by the distances between the city of Maracaibo and the populations of Sinamaica and Paragoaipoa will determine in the political leadership of the latter the need to assume the political administration of local affairs. In this sense, its creation will correspond to the imperatives of such local groups, with the micro-regional areas prevailing as a principle of the Guajiro territory. | en-US |
