dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo de la actividad cultural a través de la creación del Museo de Desarrollo Urbano y Tecnológico de la Universidad se justifica como respuesta no solo en la conservación de toda la historia de la UIS sino además, en la formación de estudiantes más integrales, más productivos y creadores de propuestas de investigación y extensión que impacten no solo a nivel local sino regional. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se propone el Estudio de Prefactibilidad para la Creación luego de hacer una revisión de los aspectos generales en los dos primeros capítulos, estará comprendido de la siguiente manera: Tercer capítulo, incluye información acerca de la Caracterización de la Población objetivo; en el cuarto capítulo se relaciona el Estudio Técnico del Museo: su ubicación y adecuación; el quinto y sexto capítulo, contiene todo lo relacionado con el Estudio Administrativo y Legal del DUT-UIS; en el séptimo capítulo se realizará lo referente a los Presupuestos de Inversión y de Operación necesarios para lograr el alcance de este estudio; y el octavo capítulo corresponde al Estudio de Impacto Social que tendrá el museo en la comunidad. Finalmente se expone las conclusiones y algunas recomendaciones hechas por las autoras.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The development of cultural activity through the creation of the Museum of Urban Development and Technological is justified as a response not only in preserving the history of the UIS, but also train students in more integrated, more productive and creators of research and extension proposals that impact not only locally but regionally. Given the above, it is proposed pre-feasibility study for the creation of the "Museum of Urban Development and Technological of Industrial University of Santander" which after a review of general issues in the first two chapters, will be comprised of follows: The third chapter includes information about the characterization of the target population in the fourth chapter relates the Technical Study of the Museum: its location and suitability, the fifth and sixth chapter contains everything related to the Administrative and Legal Study of the DUT-UIS, in the seventh will be held regarding the budget for Operation and Investment needed to achieve the scope of this study, and the eighth is for the Social Impact Assessment will have the museum in the community. Finally presents the conclusions and recommendations made by the authors.
