| dc.description | Los vertiginosos y profundos cambios que se han suscitado en la composición de los hogares en Colombia en los últimos treinta años, hacen parte de las dinámicas regionales y mundiales que surgen a partir de la crisis de la cultura patriarcal y del modelo tradicional de familia nuclear completa, observándose un incremento notable de hogares con jefatura femenina, que en un contexto globalizado y países con amplia desigualdad social. La categoría de mujer cabeza de hogar tipo familiar es eje central del presente documento, concibiéndola como aquella en la cual, la mujer asume y toma deberes y obligaciones relacionados con la crianza, manutención de sus descendientes y familiares que están bajo su cuidado y protección. El presente estudio se ha trabajado desde una metodología de tipo documental. Adicionalmente, con el uso de un método cuantitativo, descriptivo y analítico se estudian las dinámicas del mercado de trabajo y la empleabilidad para la mujer jefa de hogar. Finalmente, se concluye acerca de la necesidad de abordar estudios e implementar políticas laborales que deriven en acciones afirmativas para las mujeres jefas de hogar por ser este un importante escenario de reproducción de comportamientos y factores que profundizan las inequidades y desigualdades entre hombres y mujeres, pero, también un espacio para generar empoderamiento de la mujer alrededor de su actividad productiva. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The vertiginous and profound changes that have arisen in thecomposition of households in Colombia in the last thirty years,are part of the regional and global dynamics that arise fromthe crisis of the patriarchal culture and the traditional model ofNuclear family complete, with a notable increase in householdswith female leadership, which in a globalized context andcountries with broad social inequality. The category of female head household type is the central axisof this document, assuming itself as the one in which, thewoman assumes and takes duties and obligations related tothe parenting, maintenance of their descendants and relativeswho are under their care and protection. This condition isassumed as head of household that which is produced by selfdetermination, widowhood, separation of the couple, mother-solterismo or forced displacement. For the present study has been worked from a methodology ofdocumentary type the conceptualization of head of householdand family, employability and employment insertion. Inaddition to the use of a quantitative, descriptive and analyticalmethod, the dynamics of the labour market and employabilityfor the female head of household are studied. Finally, it isconcluded, about the need to tackle studies and implementlabour policies that derive in affirmative action for womenheads of households because this is an important scenario ofreproduction of behaviors and factors that deepen Inequitiesand inequalities between men and women, but also as a spaceto overcome such situations and generate empowerment ofwomen around their productive activity. | en-US |
