El propósito de este trabajo es compartir algunas reflexiones preliminares sobre las transformaciones que se sucedieron a partir de marzo de 2020 en las políticas de ingreso y acompañamiento al estudiantado de primer año de la carrera de Abogacía que se dicta en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Jurídicas (en adelante FCEyJ) de la Universidad Nacional de La Pampa (en adelante UNLPam) con motivo de la pandemia de Covid-19, a fin de garantizar en condiciones extremas e inéditas el derecho a la educación superior.
Los cambios drásticos que se sucedieron a partir de marzo de 2020 reconocen como antecedente inmediato a los impactos del Covid-19, pero en verdad las políticas adoptadas, particularmente por la UNLPam y la FCEyJ respecto al ingreso, permanencia y acompañamiento del estudiantado universitario, responden a un cambio progresivo que se estaba llevando a cabo y que aceleró por factores externos ante la necesidad de dar respuestas a mantener el derecho a la educación superior ante la pandemia.
The purpose of this work is to share some preliminary reflections on the transformations that took place as of March 2020 in the admission and support policies for the first-year student of the Law degree that is taught at the Faculty of Economic and Legal Sciences of the National University of La Pampa due to the Covid-19 pandemic in order to guarantee the right to higher education in extreme and unprecedented conditions. The drastic changes that took place as of March 2020 recognize the impacts of Covid-19 as an immediate precedent, but in truth the policies adopted, particularly by the UNLPam and the FCEyJ regarding the entry, permanence and accompaniment of university students, respond to a progressive change that was taking place and that was accelerated by external factors in the face of the need to provide answers to maintain the right to higher education in the face of the pandemic.
