dc.description.abstract	La Gobernación de Santander es el ente administrativo territorial de servicio público de la región el cual en la actualidad está certificado bajo la norma NTC GP 1000:2009 por el Instituto Colombiano de normas técnicas y certificación ICONTEC. Estableciendo el mejoramiento continuo como eje fundamental del servicio constitucional, la organización promueve el bienestar de las personas que laboran en la entidad y lo hace a través de la implementación de herramientas o sistemas que le contribuyan al fortalecimiento de su accionar y el desempeño. El Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo se considera como un soporte fundamental y que bajo los lineamientos de la Norma NTC OHSAS 18001:2007 proporciona herramientas para el control y prevención de los riesgos a los cuales estén expuestos sus colaboradores así como a la generación de procesos eficientes. El presente proyecto está estructurado de la siguiente manera: inicia con la realización de un diagnostico para evaluar los condiciones de la organización en cuanto al cumplimiento de los requisitos definidos por la norma. A partir de esta información se planificaron las actividades que complementarían el desarrollo del Sistema. Posteriormente se realizo la socialización del diagnostico a los servidores públicos así como implementación del SGSST. Posteriormente se estableció la política de SST y la documentación necesaria. En la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de SST en la GOBERNACIÓN DE SANTANDER, además de identificar y mitigar los riesgos se fomentó la cultura de prevención y toma de conciencia de la importancia que tiene el bienestar integral del ser humano.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The government of santander is the administrative territorial entity of public service of the region which at present this one certified under the norm NTC GP 1000:2009 for the Colombian Institute of technical procedure and certification ICONTEC. Establishing the constant improvement as fundamental axis of the constitutional service, the organization promotes the well-being of the persons who work in the entity and makes it across the implementation of tools or systems that they contribute to the strengthening of his gesticulate and the performance. The system of safety management and health in the work is considered to be a fundamental support and that under the limits of the norm NTC OHSAS 18001:2007 provides tools for the control and prevention of the risks to which are exposed his collaborators like that like to the generation of efficient processes. The present project this one structured of the following way:Initiates with the accomplishment of a diagnosis to evaluate the conditions of the organization as for the fulfillment of the requirements defined by the norm. From this information the activities planned that complement the development of the system. Later realize the socialization of the diagnosis to the public servants like that as the implementation of the SGSST.Later complement SST's politics and the necessary documentation. In the implementation of the system of management SST in the government of santander, beside identifying and to mitigate the risks and promote the culture of prevention and capture of conscience of the importance that has the integral well-being of the human being.
