dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación enmarcada en modalidad remota, evaluó la viabilidad económica que tiene la producción a nivel industrial del producto comercial llamado “Limpia Juntas” para la empresa Compañía Nacional de Desinfectantes – CONALDES, LTDA, con sede principal en la ciudad de Bucaramanga (Santander), con el objetivo de lanzar un nuevo producto que genere mayor rentabilidad económica para la empresa, al igual que lograr suplir las necesidades de los clientes a un mejor precio. Este proyecto se realizó en el marco de convenios Empresa-Academia, con el fin de fortalecer y poner en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos por el estudiante durante el proceso de formación como ingeniero químico y lograr aportar soluciones a una situación empresarial que requiere atención a través de productos innovadores que permitan ampliar el portafolio de productos y generar mayor rentabilidad. El proyecto se basó en tres (3) pilares fundamentales: estudio de mercados dirigido a las necesidades actuales para la población y el nivel de demanda del producto, estudio técnico evaluando los aspectos ingenieriles necesarios para la puesta en marcha del producto y estudio financiero estableciendo la viabilidad y ganancias de la producción industrial del producto; para la recolección de datos en este proyecto se utilizó el método de revisión documental y análisis de proyectos desarrollados en el mercado.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The following research framed in remote modality, evaluated the economic viability that has the industrial level production of the commercial product called "Limpia Juntas" for the company Compañía Nacional de Desinfectantes - CONALDES, LTDA, headquartered in the city of Bucaramanga (Santander), with the objective of launching a new product that generates greater economic profitability for the company, as well as achieving to supply the needs of customers at a better price. This project was carried out within the framework of Company-Academy, in order to strengthen and put into practice the knowledge acquired by the student during the training process as a chemical engineer and to bring solutions to a business situation that requires attention through innovative products that allow expand the product portfolio and generate greater profitability. The project was based on three (3) fundamental pillars: market research aimed at the current needs of the population and the level of demand for the product, technical study assessing the engineering aspects necessary for the implementation of the product and financial study establishing the viability and profits of the industrial production of the product; For the collection of data in this project, the method of document review and analysis of projects developed in the market was used.
