dc.description.abstract	Teniendo en cuenta la coyuntura y la extrema necesidad de aumentar las reservas probadas de petróleo en Colombia, este trabajo de grado pretende aportar elementos de mejora en los modelos contractuales y de esta manera contribuir a una mayor ejecución de programas sísmicos en el territorio
dc.description.abstractenglish	Taking into account the conjuncture and the extreme need to increase proven oil reserves in Colombia, this graduate work aims to mention the necessary elements through the terrestrial seismic acquisition service and how their contractual models between the parties can be improved and in this way ensure with a greater proportion the execution of seismic programs throughout the national territory. Initially, a basic conceptualization of ¿what is seismic? Will be shown. After that, it will be country) from the contractual field in the last 5 years. Additionally, a little will be known about the way in which other operators and other seismic acquisition services companies are contracting, and finally, some indicators will be proposed that will contain elements to be taken into account by the planning and contractual execution teams of the different companies related to the land seismic acquisition in Colombia. This graduate work will allow us to know what is the Colombian position , according to the ranking of countries with a greater or lesser number of oil reserves, not only in the continent but in the entire world, because one of the main objectives is to contribute elements to improve the contractual process of this service that would do so much good to the national industry.
