dc.description.abstract	El presente análisis de prefactibilidad está enfocado a la cuantificación y estimación de costos de inversión, asociados a la implementación de la prueba de laboratorio para determinar el contenido de azufre en hidrocarburos líquidos, que a su vez, servirá como guía en la cual se detallarán los diferentes factores involucrados en ésta, tales como recursos físicos, recursos financieros e instrumentación, buscando ulteriormente poder sumarlo a los servicios de la Escuela de Ingeniería de Petróleos en la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Este proyecto se fundamenta en el protocolo estándar ASTM D4294, y en los requerimientos necesarios para su instauración. Se medirán las implicaciones que conlleva la implementación de este método, conforme se vaya estableciendo en el mercado. Además, se realizará un análisis técnico y locativo, necesarios para evaluar la capacidad óptima que deberá tener el laboratorio. Así mismo, se ejecutará un análisis financiero, esencial para identificar el nivel de competencia, en el cual se encuentra el proyecto y la manera en que éste influye en el establecimiento de los precios. De la mano con éste, se desarrollará un análisis económico, con el propósito de establecer un balance de contabilidad de los costos totales del proyecto, considerando los cambios que se pueden presentar a largo plazo. Por último, se documentan los controles requeridos para la implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad, basado en la norma NTC-ISO/IEC 17025, para ensayos de laboratorio.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present pre-feasibility analysis is focused on the quantification and estimation of investment costs, associated with the implementation of the laboratory test to determine the sulfur content in liquid hydrocarbons, which in turn, will serve as a guide in which the different factors involved in this, such as physical resources, financial resources and instrumentation, seeking to add later to the services of the School of Petroleum Engineering at the Industrial University of Santander. This project is based on the standard protocol ASTM D4294, and on the requirements necessary for its establishment. The implications of implementing this method will be measured, as it is established in the market. In addition, a technical and locative analysis will be carried out, necessary to evaluate the optimum capacity that the laboratory should have. Likewise, a financial analysis will be carried out, essential to identify the level of competence, in which the project is located and the way in which it influences the establishment of prices. Hand in hand with this, an economic analysis will be developed, with the purpose of establishing an accounting balance of the total costs of the project, considering the changes that may occur in the long term. Finally, the controls required for the implementation of the quality management system, based on the NTC-ISO / IEC 17025 standard, for laboratory tests are documented.
