| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo expone claramente las actividades desarrolladas dentro de los requisitos técnicos de la Norma Técnica Colombiana ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 para el laboratorio de Polietileno de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, conducente a su acreditación. Con este trabajo se consiguió diseñar, documentar e implementar un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad para el laboratorio con base en el cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos exigidos por la NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005. El punto de partida fue el diagnostico inicial realizado en el laboratorio para verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos de la norma, el desarrollo del sistema documental y la validación de los métodos de ensayo implementados en el laboratorio de Polietileno. Se realizo un proceso de sensibilización y capacitación del personal del laboratorio de polietileno de la empresa colombiana de petróleos para iniciar con la implantación del sistema de aseguramiento de calidad, según NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005 y así dar confiabilidad al desarrollo de ensayos estándar adecuados para el laboratorio. Posteriormente, se realizó la auditoría interna de los requisitos técnicos y como resultado de esta se alcanza un apropiado grado de cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma que permite al laboratorio de Polietileno acceder a la acreditación por parte de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present work outlines the activities developed within the technical requisites of the Colombian Technical Norm NTC ISO IEC 17025:2005 for the polyethylene laboratory (PLab) of the Colombian Oil Company in order to credit the tests and improve its services. This work allowed to design, document and implement a quality assurance system for the laboratory meeting the technical requirements demanded by the Colombian Technical Norm NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005. The starting point was the initial diagnosis carried out in the laboratory to verify the fulfillment of the technical requirements of the norm, the development of the documentary system and the validation of the test methods implemented in the PLab. The process of sensitize and qualifying of personal of PLab of the Colombian oil company (Ecopetrol S.A) was started in order to implement the quality securing system; in this way the PLab develops standard and adapted tests according by the Colombian Technical Norm NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005 in order to guarantee the reliability. Subsequently, an internal audit was perform from the technical requisites and as a result an appropriate degree of fulfillment of the norm requisites was achieved which allows the PLab to apply for accreditation to the Superintencia de Industria y Comercio. | |
