| dc.description.abstract | Este es un estudio de la situación actual del país en cuanto a entidades oferentes de servicios relacionados con el carbón y el posible montaje de un Laboratorio de Carbones en la UIS , para eso se realizo un diagnóstico a nivel regional y nacional sobre los diferentes laboratorios existentes y los servicios que estos ofrecen, un estudio de mercado que permitió identificar la demanda a nivel del sector industrial y por ultimo se propuso el diseño de un laboratorio de carbones basado en la definición de pruebas, equipos y tecnología, servicios industriales, distribución física y costos. Se pudo concluir que el montaje de este laboratorio seria estratégico desde el punto de vista académico para la escuela de Ingeniería Química y para la UIS porque se convertiría en un soporte fundamental para la investigación además de permitir una mayor interacción con la industria. También que la mayoría de laboratorios del país cuentan con equipos y tecnologías obsoletas además de no prestar un servicio eficiente, puntual y de alta calidad, por lo que las empresas del sector carbonífero se encuentran receptivas a la idea de otro laboratorio para que les preste servicios. Sin embargo este es un proyecto de altos costos de inversión que busca que en su primera fase se logre el montaje de equipos básicos y en otra posteriores ya siendo el laboratorio auto sostenible se puedan ir adquiriendo más equipos y tecnologías. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This is a study of the current situation in Colombia in the subject of the entities that offer services related with the coal sector and the possible assembly of a coal laboratory in the UIS, for that was made a diagnose in a level regional and national of the different laboratories and the services that offer, a market study for the identification of the demand in the industry and for last a possible design of the laboratory based in the definition of equipment, tests, costs and physical distribution. The assembly and operation of this laboratory could be of vital importance in the Chemical Engineering School and at the UIS because allow a better touch with the industry and support for the investigation. The majority of laboratories in the country counts have bad equipment and inappropriate services and for that reason the enterprises are will to looking for others options. However this is an expensive project that requires in his first step the basic equipment and later when the laboratory be self sustainable it is possible buy more equipment and technologies. | |
