| dc.description.abstract | El medio ambiente es un conjunto de componentes físicos, químicos, biológicos y sociales capaces de causar efectos directos e indirectos a corto o largo plazo, sobre los seres vivos y las actividades humanas; se convierte en una parte fundamental del desarrollo de una región. El municipio de Tona por su ubicación, características, riqueza hídrica y biodiversidad es un territorio propicio para la realización de este trabajo que tiene como propósito la identificación de variables en conflicto, derivadas del uso y cuidados de los recursos naturales para contribuir a la generación de procesos de transformación, mejoramiento y conservación. Este trabajo ha consistido en analizar: El medio ambiente frente al mercado, la pobreza, la agricultura y el sistema neoliberal; realizar una descripción general del aspectos geográficos, económicos y sociales del municipio de Tona; referenciar las normas internacionales, nacionales y locales que regulan el medio ambiente y por ultimo identificar las características ambientales del Municipio entre las que se destaca su riqueza hídrica, fauna y flora. La principal conclusión es que Tona posee un medio ambiente con un valor incalculable que no ha sido reconocido; el agua, el suelo, la fauna y la flora se encuentran en proceso de degradación por lo que se requiere del compromiso de la población Tonera, del gobierno municipal y de los agentes económicos privados presentes en la localidad para adelantar acciones en la administración y utilización de los recursos para lograr el bienestar de la comunidad y el desarrollo sostenibles con la orientación de estrategias y la ejecución de acciones que estimulen los aumentos de la producción, empleo y reduzca los déficit de necesidades de sus habitantes, garantizando que las generaciones futuras puedan satisfacer sus propias necesidades. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The environment is a set physical, chemical, biological and social components which are able causing direct and indirect effects in short or long term , on the beings and the human activities; it´s become in a main part of the development of a region The Tona´s municipality, for its location, characteristics, water and biodiversity is a propitious territory for realization of this work which has as purpose to identify variables with conflict, derived from uses and cares of the natural resources contributing to generation of the transformation´s processes, improvement and preservation. This work has consisted to analyze the environment compared with the market, agriculture, poorness, and neoliberal system; make a general description of the geographycal, economic and social aspects of the Tona´s municipality. To referring the international, national and local standards that regulate the environment and finally to identify the environmental characteristics of the Tona´s municipality between them its water, fauna and flora. The main conclusion is that Tona has an environment with a incalculable value, wich has not recognized, the water, the floor, fauna and flora are in process of degradation, because this needs the commitment of the Tonera population, the municipal government and the private economic agents which are in the locality to advance actions in the management and use of resources to achieve the well-being of the community and the sustainable development with orientation of the strategies and the implementation measures to stimulate increase in the production, employment, and decrease deficit of nesessity of their residents, to guarantee that future generations can satisfy their own necessities. | |
