Sexo venal y mujeres tarifadasRESUMENLa siguiente investigación tratará el tema de la prostitución en Bucaramanga. Se ha empleado el título mencionado para comprender el ejercicio de oferencia sexual femenina bajo la transacción del dinero. El objetivo del siguiente artículo es construir una aproximación al fenómeno social de la prostitución en Bucaramanga para la década de 1940- 1960. Como punto de partida estudiaremos la ciudad y los factores internos y externos que permitieron que un grupo de mujeres ingresaran a hacer parte del “amor tarifado”.Palabras clave: prostitución, sexo venal, mujeres tarifadas, sexualidad pública.

The title above was employed to comprehend the exercise of sexual female prostitution as an act of business transactions. The main objective of the article is to approach the social phenomenon of prostitution in Bucaramanga from 1940-1960. As a starting point, I discuss the theme of the city.
