| dc.description | This work seeks to present the appreciations of some teachers who have suffered mental disorders of various kinds, directly or indirectly linked to their pedagogical work, as well as some reflections regarding the situation they are going through, and the lessons they have been able to extract from this experience. of life. The experiences that intersect in this work were shared by teachers who are linked to the program called "day hospital", a space in which they receive psychotherapeutic help in order to guarantee their adequate reintegration into their social and family environment; in which they learn to appreciate the possibility of interacting with other people who have disorders similar to their own, and to immensely value the opportunity to listen, to be listened to, to seek in the company of others the meaning of their experience and to understand, through from his own experience, the suffering of his colleagues, finally, "who lives it is who understands it." Through the analysis of these testimonies, it is also intended to demonstrate the importance of orality within the therapeutic process, and the relevance of this class of sources when undertaking a rigorous study of this problem, which affects more teachers every day in our country | en-US |
| dc.description | Este trabajo busca presentar las apreciaciones de algunos docentes que han padecido trastornos mentales de diversa índole, vinculados directa o indirectamente con su quehacer pedagógico, así como algunas reflexiones con respecto a la situación que están atravesando, y las enseñanzas que han podido extraer de esta experiencia de vida. Las vivencias que se entrecruzan en este trabajo fueron compartidas por docentes que se encuentran vinculados al programa denominado “hospital día”, espacio en el que reciben ayuda psicoterapéutica con el fin de garantizar su reinserción adecuada a su entorno social y familiar; en el que aprenden a apreciar la posibilidad de interactuar con otras personas que poseen trastornos similares a los propios, y a valorar inmensamente la oportunidad de escuchar, de ser escuchados, de buscar en compañía de otros el sentido de su vivencia y de entender, a través de su propia experiencia, el padecimiento de sus compañeros pues, finalmente “quien lo vive es quien lo entiende”. A través del análisis de estos testimonios también se pretende evidenciar la importancia de la oralidad dentro del proceso terapéutico, y la pertinencia de esta clase de fuentes a la hora de emprender un estudio riguroso sobre esta problemática, que cada día afecta a más docentes en nuestro país. | es-ES |
